The kindly suggestion from Sunshine technology team that before we choose PP membrane filter press, we’d better to consider the following considerations:
- The filter cake is compressible
- Slurry has higher than average solids
- The time saved by the squeeze justifies more expensive equipment
- The slurry has variable volume
- Filter temperature under 90 degree
- The standard thickness of filter cake is 40mm before squeezing, we can produce the different thickness according to the clients’ requirement;
